Imagine the scenario,
I am a Multi millionaire in charge of a company worth billions, I flee to Northern Cyprus because the company goes down and I am accused of misappropriations to the tune of £34, 000,000, I live a millionaires lifestyle there, but after 20 yrs I bargain with the British Government for me to come back as long as I am not arrested and can rent a luxury apartment in Mayfair, I just want to prove my innocence after all, Ok I will be tagged and will have to report to a Police Station weekly, no problem!!!
