The Cruciate knee ligament
1 Answers
I have recently suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury, and would like to know a bit more about it. I have undergone exploritory surgery and it is not proposed to mend this ligament with further surgery, although there is substantial damage. Is this wise? How long will partial/full recovery take? Thanks...MC

Regarding your more specific questions: it depends on the type of injury and how extensive it is. You haven't mentioned if you are having any other form of treatment, such as physiotherapy. I suggest you ask your doctor about your concerns.
