long story short, i broke up with a girl bout a month ago. We'd been together say 6 months, most of which was hard going due to us both having issues from previous relationships and my inability to shake off bad habits picked up whilst living the single life (no cheating or anything), basically being a Sugar boyfriend.
She finished with a guy literally weeks before we started seeing each other and to be honest i put pressure on her when she didnt need it, it wasnt intentional but i did it. She'd been through a Sugar time with him and i promised her the world and then just simply didnt deliver. Anyway she worked hard and even though she struggled at times she started to get through it just as i was starting to go the polar opposite. We had a blazing row over something silly but important if that makes sense?? and i just gave up on her. She took it really bad and things have been awkward as hell between us at work until recently.
Then at a works do the other night she was all over this new guy at work and it made my stomach churn. I knew i wasnt ready to see that, plus people have been trying to set me up with people and im just not interested. Anyway i ended up causing a scene and storming out and now even more than ever i cant stop thinking about it. I've even got to the point of composing a letter and a list of fors and againsts and what i could have/ could do to make things better. Do i speak to her? help

I don't know your age but there is a long time to form new relationships as a rule and you do not need to lurch straight from one to another. Think hard before you send the message.
Take care.
