We are all due to go away together on a cruise in a few weeks time. But last week while she was in the shower she noticed a discharge from one of her nipples. Managed to see her doctor and she has now got an appointment for this thursday for ultrasound and mammogram . Also has had a blood test. Her results will be given to her on friday afternoon by a surgeon. Everything seems to be moving so quickly I am really worried about her.

well you'll know Friday, just be there for her if its bad news.
As said, wait to see what she is dealing with and then how to deal with it, let us hope all is well, if not be there.♥

Thankyou for your replies. It is just that everything has moved so quickly.. I was just wondering if this would just as quick over here in the UK or are they being really on the ball in New Zealand.
its good its moving so quickly surely?
I think they do move things really quickly here too lilacben - it doesn't mean things are bad, just that they can't take the chance of waiting around in case it is serious. Better safe than sorry x
!) Speed of investigation is a sign of good medical care.
2) Unlikely to be cancerous.

Sqad thankyou.! I am feeling a little less worried for her now. Will not have long to wait now as they are 12 hours ahead of us.
It really goes to show us ladies, that we must always take a few minutes to examine ourselves once in a while. I will certainly will from now on. x
