I have BT Internet with this new Hub thing. It happens quite often, I just press the bottom button on the hub even if the three blue lights are on, I switch off the computer, switch it all on again and usually it works. There is a link at the bottom of the screen left hand side which you cann press and they search for ways to solve the problem. Otherwise just switch it all off for half an hour and try again.
