Coldplay's 'Yellow' - what does that sound like??

jem
sounds like a beautiful send off. a celebration of life - as it should be....i still get emotional when i hear he ain't heavy (the hollies) and jerusalem as they were played at my gran's funeral. but, instead of overwhelming sadness, it does bring back the good memories too, zzxxee. hugs...x

this is cold play yellow jemisa x
Music played at funerals hold special memories forever. My aunt had "Memories/The Way We Were" by Gladys Knight and my sister in law loved Phil Collins so her mum chose "One more Night" at the funeral... Every time I hear these songs now I think of these special people in my life. Take care x
Brilliant zzxxee, a memorial to remember. You need to have what he would have liked. I read the Purple Hat poem at my mum's memorial service - she would have approved. Birds seem so much more poignant on days like this - I'm glad for you that it's been a good day, as good as it could be.
