Would anyone be able to recommend a company who offers annual travel insurance for someone aged 70 who has had skin cancer. Any claims made would probably NOT be due to the cancer. Companies seem to offer single trip insurance, but it's expensive. Obvious companies such as SAGA didn't offer annual policies.

try www.insureandgo.com   you will have to phone them and tell them everything.
try googling "travel insurance", you'll get lots of results. Have a look at the various policies they offer - I ended up with primary, but it depends very much on individual circumstances.
My husband and I are in out 60's and we have annual travel insurance (world wide) with OPTIONS - excellent value.  You can arrange on their web site.
