Anyone read Michael Connelly's Harry Bosch novels? If they were filmed who do you think should play Harry?

I have read and enjoyed some of Michael Connelly's novels.I've always thought Bruce Willis would make a believable Harry.

I could agree with that. I don't know which you've read but for me this series just gets better as it goes along.

It's a pity that Steve McQueen's no longer with us. He was brilliant in the film 'Bullit'. The film was based on the novel "Mute Witness" by Robert L. Fish. If you didn't know the author's name, the story-line is such that you could be forgiven for thinking that the book's author was Michael Connelly. I always imagine McQueen as Harry Bosch when I'm reading Connelly's books.

It's difficult don't you think? I personally think these books deserve to be filmed or made for TV but with the wrong actor .......
