Documents and settings>%username%>local settings>application data>identities>xxxxxxxx (some long string of letters and numbers)
Oh and you need to go fo folder options and get it to show hidden files and folders (and possibly system files i am not sure)
Alternativly go to the maintenance tab in the options of OE and click on store folder to find out where they are.
Head to that folder and delete inbox.dbx (or rename it to be on the safe side incase you need stuff back from it)
