WII computer - for the oldies
Not a gaming question as such but a console query.
Myself and OH (both 50+ and having mobility problems) are considering getting a Wii as we have heard that apart from the out & out exercise type of workout you can get a more sedate (and for us) suitable plan to exercise to help us get some joint better movement - especially from the waist down.
Can you confirm this and maybe answer two other questions. Is there any particular 'game' we need and is the WiiFit board necessary?
Thanks for any advice

I would suggest you need to get the Wii Fit + which has lots of gentle exercises that you can pick to suit but you do need the board really for a lot of them. The board also measures your weight and fitness levels as you proceed.
I also have the Sports Resort which has a lot of different things to try - most of these have me in stitches of laughter so I don't do very...
