Honey dessert

Need to make a spectacular individual dessert, with dominant taste of honey. It will need to be displayed all day at room temperature and the dish needs to be transported. Any tried and trusted recipes recommended please?

Thank you both for your answers. Unfortunately I can't transport and keep the ice cream all day, but it sounds delicious. Will try some of the other recipes
