I have heard that a family of Albinos live up in the hills on Hicks Road in San Jose CA (Almaden Valley) and that they "Haunt" the road when people drive up at night..
Has anyone ever heard about this , or know if it's just an old tale???

Which planet are you on?
Sounds a little apocryphal to me; an urban legend (well, the Californian hills are as far away as urban as you can get, but...).

But being a few thousand miles away, I can't check for you, but it does have a hint of rumour about it.
Well, the way I see it, if you live in sunny San Jose and happen to be albio, then after dark seems to be a pretty sensible time to be outdoors.
But there does indeed exist an urban myth around the Alum Rock Park area where a marauding band of albino's scour the area looking to saticfy their lust to consume human flesh.
Its believed though that this myth evolved out of concern by worried parents who did'nt want their kids hanging out on the streets at night getting up to god knows what.
Some forks will go to any lengths to keep the kids in at night ?
I grew up about an hour from there and my friend and her family currently live in San Jose - I'll be sure to tell them to watch out for the Albinos! You do know that "hick" is a derogatory term for white people? Funny stuff.
i live really close to hicks road and it is a well known road for weird unexplainable things to happen so if you ask me i think its very possible that there could be some albinos up there. i have heard the cannibilistic albino stories, the potentially possesed gigantic wild dogs, even that there is a shut down mental asylym up there. i know several poeple who have had personaly experinces up there.me and my freind are trying to compile a collection of stories so if anyone has any information or comes across anything please contact me.
I grew up off of Kooser right next to Hicks and there have never been a group of Albinos that lived up off of Hicks or in back of the Cats off of Highway 17. If you do want to see some cool stuff off of Hicks you should check out the Quicksilver mines or Eagle Rock.

Take Care,
dude, i live in san jose very close and my friends have seen albinos so its not fake, y r correct, if u wanna go, dont go at night cause they r dangerous and dont like visitors, they r real!
