topping up a payg phone whilst out in turkey???
HI, My daughter is out in turkey currently and has run out of credit on her payg phone. she is with t.mobile. can someone please tell me would she be able to purchase a top up to the current sim card out there or how she gets more credit onto her phone for the remainder of her holiday and where would she get all ths from, supermarket, phone shop etc etc etc?

You should be able to top up the phone from a cash machine. You're only putting credit onto a computer system here in the UK. That system won't even know where the phone is as you do so but, when your daughter makes a call and her account is checked by that computer, she'll be in credit again.

If you're feeling generous you could go to any shop which displays the green 'top-up' symbol to buy an e-voucher. (Many supermarkets, convenience stores, newsagents and filling stations display the 'top-up' symbol). You could then text your daughter with the instructions to top up her phone:

Or, again if you're feeling generous, most UK cash machines now allow you to top up any mobile phone directly from your bank account:
