carloans4u
i was accepted in principle for car credit with carloans4u. after contacting them i was given my credit limit and told to start looking for a car. after many miles of travelling and some full days of looking around dealers i found a car i liked. so contacted cl4u with the details, about 30mins later i recieved a call saying my application had been declined but i could still get a car from another company called acf car finance which meant i would have to travel to their own showroom and buy one of their cars. i have no problem being declined but surely they should check everything first. can they actually tell you to waste lots of your time and money on petrol etc when they know full well you have not yet really been accepted?

I would strongly recommend you seek a better loan deal (even from your high street bank) who should be offering a loan at a slightly less extortionate rate of around 12% (unsecured).
