Nokia classic

I have a nokia classic i need unlocking to work on orange. i've tried lots of unlocking places that say they cant do it there coz they need a special machine type thing and that the phone will have to be sent to manchester.
i really dont want to send it away so does anyone know where this mystery unlocking place is or indeed any other in the north of england so i can go in person?
