Just sitting here tonight when i had a quick shooting pain through my testicles. So i had a grope around and found what feels like a lump....but not a hard lump but more of a fleshy lump. There's also no pain or any blood either.
Of course, i immediately went cold and started planning my few remaining days. I'll get this checked out first thing tomorrow but it's scared the life out of me....what do you think ?

It is recommended that all males periodically check themselves out and it is important to get to know how you normally feel so that you will instantly recognise any change. It you are not familiar with your own anatomy, it is easy to mistake the epididymus for a lump. The epididymus is a cluster of convoluted tubes lying alongside each testis where sperm are stored while they mature. Any that are not ejaculated, degenerate and are reabsorbed into the body for recycling.
Compare both testes and if they are the same then it is likely that thay are normal. If there is a lump there then get it checked out by a doctor - sooner rather than later - since treatment for cancerous growths is most successful when identified early. By no means all lumps are cancerous. Some may be the result of physical injury and others may be cysts - nasty but not as life threatening as what you are imagining.
The only way to be sure though is to see a doctor.
had the same thing, and also had pains that slowly spread to my groin over a 6 month period (left it that long cos i am stooopid) before i went to see a doc, he told me that the lump tends to be very obvious as it tends to be sitting on the smooth part of the testicle, although can be elsewhere occasionally. Apparently mine turned out to be a over stretched testicle from sex that was a little rougher than normal and the testicle had an infection. prescribed 3 doses of strong antibiotics and told to return for more tests if it didnt clear up in 2 weeks, and i never needed to go back at all cos 1 week later it eased and the pain vanished!
Get it checked by the doc as a precaution cos chances are with pain there and no really obvious lumps its likely to be just something mild and not cancer but a trained GP would be able to check that and if it is something else then u might still need antibiotic treatment still
