When is the new series on?

If you mean when is Season 3 to be aired on FX then I speculate that you can rule out the next few months. This being based on:

a) FX currently re-running Seasons 1 & 2 which at the current rate will not finish for another 15 weeks (mid December). They can, of course, decrease this timescale with back-to back eps. etc.

b) the filler series The Walking Dead due to air November-ish (Season 1 having 7 episodes).

In any event it should be classed as a good result if True Blood airs before next February as this is the month the previous Season arrived in the UK.
