Big elbow

Hey everyone
My girlfriend keeps moaning that her elbow and thighs are getting bigger (i cant complain cause she has a lovely bum and thighs lol) she's only a size 8 - 10. what sort of exercise can she do so to sort it out, i have suggested cycling together (cause i need to loose a good few pounds too lol), would this help?
