yes she does - the cow tells her to plead guilty to arson of the Vic (to keep Phil out of it) - sayign she'll get a lesser jail term for arson than for Archie's murder.

I would like to have seen how Ryan got Stacey out of the bedroom and over his shoulder to come down the ladder.

The episode didn't show the Fire Service in a very good light. When they did eventually arrive there were people lying in the road and the fire appliance stopped well short of the pub. Perhaps they had heard Peggy say "Let it burn".

First time I have seen East enders in yonks and avoid it like the plague but must admit I sat down with my dinner on a tray and couldn't be bothered to get up and change channels. Then continued watching because of the fire, etc. What a bloomin' awful lot of noise from 'Peggy'. It gave me a headache. And Barbara Windsor surpassed herself with her acting. Even more dreadful than usual. I wanted her to run back into the fire!! I didn't know who any of the characters were except for Peggy, Phil, Pat and Rickeeeeee. And think I spotted Ian and Bianca!!
