what can you take on a plane

going away to rome on thursday and thinking about taking my mp3 player charger with me. is this allowed? would it be in my suitcase or hand luggage?

I'm in the US, flying out of here, they don't mind you having your player on the plane at all....as long as you place it on the belt when going through security and let them scan it (X-ray) with everything else.

it makes no difference weather in your hold luggage or chkd luggage.

the only thing i would say is do not put any valubles in ur chkd luggage as the airline will not pay u out should u file a claim for damaged or missing items/luggage.
