ebay sale from the UK to the states

i sold an item to a guy in america and it has arrived in new york according to the US postal website ( with a tracking number ) but the guy is now really hassling me as he hasn't had it delivered to his home - what more can i do ? many thanks for any help with this

I take it you gave him the tracking number. I would also give him the link to the US postal website that will show him they have his parcel. Then tell him to check with them. Theres not a lot more you can do if you have proof its arrived in the US. Sounds like he is just impatient.

he's seen the US postal website detailing arrival in new york and has the tracking number which i sent via ebay messages and paypal also confirm tracking info once you enter it on their site and of course royal mail do NOT entertain any claims until 15 working days have elapsed
