20 down. "Place of secret amusement" - L - E - E. Looks like sleeve i.e.covering funny bone but it seems a bit tenuous! Any better ideas

Thanks guys. Still think sleeve is a bit tenuous,but it was all I could come up with. You don't think there could be a geographical place with those letters do you?
