I have grown the hottest chilli peppers I have this year.

Some of the plants are the hot red and green peppers but a whole row are short and dark purple.

I picked a few the other day and I can still taste them on my fingers (and yes I have washed them lol).

Mind you I don't know what to do with them now.

I have cooked some in pickleing vinigar so don't yet know what they will be like and I have put some in a jar of olive oil.

Any ideas on what to do with the rest?

My cupboards are full of stuff at the moment. I have made over 30 jars of Blackberry jam so far this year and have to control the urge to go and pick some more.

Have a stall at some kind of car boot sale/ fete etc and sell the ones you haven't got room for or can't eat.
freeze them whole and use them as you need to in cooking
you can also dry them out and crush them. Makes a nice additive to chilli etc.
Try and sell some of them!
send some to meee! lol i'll have some off ya! ;o)
dry them very slowly in a very low oven
