Neighbours Names?!

I'm going to sound really creepy here, but can you find out the names of your neighbours without actually asking them? I was thinking finding their address in the phonebook? Call me a stalker/freak whatever! I'm just wondering, wanted to find his facebook hahaha! He's rather good looking I have to say... God how embarrassing.

Sophie, go to your library and look at the voters' roll (electoral register). It doesn't cost anything. If he's only 16 then he won't be on it but you could at least find out his surname. However, if he's 17 and will turn 18 while that version of the voters' roll is in force then not only will he be there, but so will his birthday :)

Oh my god i found him!!! He's friends with this girl i know so i found him from her friends! What a coincidence haha. Shame he isn't as good looking as i first thought but the guy i saw with him when i was being driven up the road is! WOOHOO hahahha!
