I was up at 6-45 this morning, don't know why, I woke up layed there for a while and thought s0d it I may as well get up. Been on here a little while but gonna have my coffee and toast now.

Well I am not diabetic and my total cholesterol is 8.

Am I worried? Do I take statins? Do I diet?...........no to all three.

jemisa....bit different if you are a diabetic though........but what is wrong with eggs and bacon for a diabetic?

I'd feel a bit of a cheat going on WBM's earlybird thread even though I been ot with Max since just after 06.00 so I;ll say good morning to everybody here. Its a dull wet morning, but I can smell the bacon frying so I'll be off for a while as Sunday is the day the boss treats me and lets me have a full fry up breakfast

Sqad, your cholesterol is fairly high 8, that would worry me. I'm 4.9 at the mo.

I do eat egg & bacon mush,tin toms, but this morning I was on my own and couldn't be arced to faff about.
