Sat Nav sound problems

Hi,

Bought a Tom Tom Start (the cheaper one) a couple of weeks ago. Got it out the box the other day and used it to get to my son's away match. However the voice is really low volume (strain to hear) and I cant increase it using the tap screen. Is this a fault or am I doing something wrong?

you have to put a pen end or similar tool right in the left hand bottom corner and drag the volume up slowly , hope it works for you
