I have some decking laid under a large tree. It has not been treated for 5 years and the boards are green with algae and also black from being under the tree. How do I clean them? can anyone recommend something stronger than ordinary deck cleaner?

You should be able to get good results using a power washer - available from most hire shops. Good luck
