These car's headlight adjusters! can anyone put me in contact with a UK site that you can purchase the Manual Plastic Adjusters NOT the Auto ones.

Yes .. Volvo .. but you will maybe have to buy a headlamp assy.
Ford used to do some separately .. not not many are like this now.
Can't you get/fiddle some off from a scrappies?
