Been to asda before and as i was walking back to the car, a young mum was walking through the car parl with a small boy trailing behind her, he was i;d say 3ish, she kept weaving through the parked cars and letting him wander after her, sometimes well out of her line of sight (well always as she was walking away from him ) every now and then she turned and told him to get a move on. There was an older woman pushing a buggy some ways ahead of them, both women were laden with shopping, i sat in my car and watched them in my rear view mirror as they weaved in an out and the child was totally out of their sight, it's a massive and busy car park and they let him wander after them. Then it dawned on my they had walked to the store, not come by car. Anyway, she;'s a total moron and doesn't deserve to lokk after kids and her mother was no better, it's one of those times when you know not to interfere, she'd probably have lamped me one.
I once saw a mother pulling her small boy behind her, he was nearly running, when she shouted at him i pointed out to her that his legs were no near as long as hers
I know dotty, So very scary to have to just watch when you know how much danger the child is in!....................hard to intervene I know!........but I would have to say something!........Couldn't help myself!........got myself into lots of scrapes this way in the past............do not regret it in the least!.......
