How convert CDA files to MP3

I want to convert CDA files on a CD to MP33 format. How do I do it?

Well .. CDA files are what wav files are called when burned onto CD.
You need a wav to mp3 converter.

You 'may' need to rename the ripped files to .wav before conversion
Another way is to use an audio ripper (like Winamp has) to rip the tracks to mp3's directly.
