If I change my ISP do I have to change my E.mail address.

as far as I know you can access most stand alone email accounts such as hotmail from anywhere.

Hotmail is not a stand alone email account tho, is it?

If you want a proper email account (like Orange, Tiscali) with ISP support, etc, and not webmail based email like Yahoo, GMail, etc, then you will get one to match the new ISP you take up with.

However, most email clients (like Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc) can be configured to collect and send via webmail.
