Oster electric frying pan recipes

Can any one tell me where I might find recipes for the above frying pan/skillet? I had a booklet which came with the pan, but somehow it has got lost, and I can't remember the timing. I don't think they are being sold in this country now, or I would go to the store that sells them.

Only one answer, the caption says, but it is the RIGHT answer! Thanks a bunch, Woofgang, if I could I'd give you a hug - brilliant, now I can use the damn thing and I certainly won't lose the booklet I have printed out. Thank you again - I knew I could rely on answerbank!
