Chris Moyles let rip on his Radio 1 show yesterday about the fact he had not been paid by the BBC since july. Was he right do air his problems in public or should he have kept it a private matter?

My view is that whilst it is wrong any company does not pay an employee on time, someone in his position should know better than to tell all about it. I would think a vast majority of Chris's listeners are people earning not much above minimum wage, if they even have a job at all and we all have our own problems so we do not need someone who earns reportedly over 600k a year trying to make us feel sorry for him.

Meanwhile the 'board' are salivating and rubbing their hands like Mr Burns at the huuuggee bonus they'll get on the back of him.

It doesn't matter who he is or what he is like orwho likes him and who doesn't. He has a contract with the BBC who haven't paid him for two months, and rightly or wrongly he was probably at the end of his tether. Good on him for turning up over the last month and still doing the job - a lot of people would have.

What he is paid and whether he is worth he pay or not is not the issue. It's the BBC who should be ashamed not him.

Personally, I never listen to him.

They really couldn't sack him if they haven't paid him for two months though. They are more in the wrong than he is and they would have to pay him a huge amount if he took it to court!!

Perhaps the BBC have changed his contract to a Pay Per Joke deal and forgotten to tell him?
