When i was on my travels maybe in Thailand or possibly Papua New Guinea, maybe Wales? I had this great and tasty nutritious fizzy fish shake type beverage, I do know it had fish blended into a liquid in it a leaf that curdled and fermented it to give it the fizziness and sourness and herbs and spices,does anyone what this was called or the recipe for it?

I saw this drink made on Globe Trekker once. It looked disgusting but Ian Wright, the trekker guy said it tasted unbelievable delicious.
