Can I export BT Yahoo! e-mail folders?

I sure would be grateful if someone could tell me of a way to export my BT Yahoo! e-mail folders to my newly installed MS OUTLOOK 2010.

I'll keep it for future reference. I have just finished doing something I have been meaning to do for a very long time. I purged all my e-mails. The ones I kept I forwarded to myself and filed them in OUTLOOK folders.

Took a lot of laborious effort but I feel better for it and the job is now complete
