So you're trying to confuse us then, are you? You turn up on AB with a username which (for anyone who knows Paris) positively exudes 'class' and 'style', and then you go and spoil it all by posting on a thread about 'X Factor'. That's akin to telling us you're a duchesss and then letting it slip that you're actually the Duchess of Basildon ;-)
I will have you know that I am the great-great-great nephew thrice removed of the 2nd Duchess of Basildon and will not tolerate you casting nasturtiums upon my escutcheon.
Thanks for your response Buenchico. And to Butch, I don't get it! Rather than being a fan of the X factor, I was moved by the most wonderful words and music which were written by Ewan MacColl - "The first time ever I saw your face". Sung by Roberta Flack, who accompanies herself on the piano, makes time stand still, it is so breathtakingly beautiful.
Hello Mamyalynne. I am glad to be back. And Jemisa, no, I have not heard George Michael sing it but will listen on YouTube. I think nothing can touch Roberta Flack though. Have you listened to her rendition?
Thanks mrs.chappie, I will fill you in another time, as it is already coming up to 1.00 am and this site gets adddictive, as I remember, and I have to tear myself away in order to get some sleep. X
