My son has redish spots all over his back......

My son is 30 has spots on his shoulder at the back which worries me , he has seen doctor who says there is nothing serious but they look so bad , he never goes out or take his shirt off and loosing out the sun. please help

just try the hospital, because my grandfather kept gong to the doctors to get checked up,they just said it was the flu, but one night he went to the emergency room (at the hospital) and then he was told that he had Pneumonia. (not sure of the spelling). so now he has had 2 surgerys.
so it might be best to go to the hospital.
hopefully the spots go away.. xxx
