There is something about that shop that strikes me as dubious.

The food is so cheap in there that it must be, artificial and full of hydrogenated fats!

yes - excellent value - especially for Scottish exiles - plain bread, square sausage, black pudding....
My son's ex GF used to shop there and kept on about it and so i went to have a look but it was abit limited and some of the names i didn;t know, but their frozen fruit and cheesecakes look excellent value
Give it a go, funnygirl, a lot of the brands in the frozen foods are well-known, Youngs, Birds Eye, etc. I guess it's bulk buying enables them to sell things for a pound. Their frozen veg is v. good.
I don't think we have a local one, and I don't buy a lot of frozen stuff.
