Moving bookmarks from one computer to another...

Hi - need some help please.

Have updated computer and would like to move my bookmarks from old computer to new computer. (Both IE & firefox, but i'm dammed if i can find the files/folder where they are contained in the 'old' computer).

So, therefore, has anyone any idea where i look for these bookmarks and the best/easiest way to move and set them up on the new computer.
