New plumbing
4 Answers
Hi,a few months ago i installed a new bathroom, doing the plumbing myself, we now have a red residue around the plug hole/taps any anywhere else water settles, Ive read that this is caused by iron in the water so was wondering should i have flushed the new pipework with some sort of chemical to remove traces of wirewool?
we never had this residue before and it is not present downstairs
Thanks
