Making a complaint to Primark?

Need to make a complaint about a pair of pj bottoms in black that have stained my bed cover when sitting in them on it! On the primark website it doesnt give an email address (to a real person!) or a phone number? It does give a customer services postal address should i write off to that to make the complaint or ring my local store? I need to include photos of the damage thats all

Go in store and ask to speak to store manager rather than just customer services/ returns.

I take it you're from Ilkeston, Derbyshire? Small world Ilson....I take my kids swimming at the leisure centre there. They love the slides.
