blocking unwanted telephone calls

I keep receiving calls from 0903511 and they can be quite rude. I have asked not to be contacted again but they keep on - sometimesup to 5 times per day. Virgin do not want to know - any suggestions please?

I have never had any shadylady- surely your phone service provider has to deal with it

Why listen to them just put the receiver aside for 10 mins or so and let them keep on talking . Don't get wound up about it , just treat it as a bit of a nuisance and remember it is your phone so you can choose not to listen.
