contact with children

I want to setup a agreement with my ex-mother inlaw and my ex-partner so when he has contact with my 2 babies he abides by my wishes ie his new partner is not involved in the contact visits, Only problem is im not very good with words and i dont want it to sound wrong does anyone know of a website that has a blank letter i could use and just fill in the gaps xx

This happened to my brother. His ex-partner (never married) said she didn't want his girlfriend to be there when he had his daughter, and the courts agreed. This became really awkward when the new girlfriend became pregnant and the courts said she could be there.

I wopuld suggest you go to a solicitor...and post this in Law for proper advice...otherwise,any 'agreement' may not hold water.

Plus another factor in the courts abolishing that rule in my brothers case was the viscous way inwhich his ex treated his new girlfriend, she somehow got her mobile number and kept sending her horrible texts about her and her baby. Plus once when my brother picked my neice up, she came out with some grass, saying 'here's some grass for the cow' which my brothers ex had taught her to do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
