A couple of months ago, there was a mystery 20p charge to my phone.

Now my dad's come back form cyprus he has 42p charged to his phone, but why? we both texted each other yet it was only he that got charged . . . . . !?!?!?!?!

Can anyone explain ?

But if you send or recieve a text from abroad, when you're in england, you don't?
