What car is the ad for where the fella finds a shoe in the car and thinks it's from when he had a group of young ladies in the car the night before so he quickly throws it in the bin, only to find it belongs to his mother-in-law (I'm assuming)?

No that's the one where the mother-in-law finally shuts-up when she gets in the car. The one you mean is for the Fiat Stilo Estate.
