Cast Iron Fire Surround

Hi, I have a cast iron fire surround which I have had removed from the living room and I assume has been there since the house was built (1935). It has been painted white but I am going to strip it and put it up for sale. How would I list it? Would I just put it as 'Cast Iron Fire Surround' as all the ones I have seen for sale are either Victorian, Georgian etc. How do they know this? Thanks.

Can't very well say it's Victorian in a house built in 1935. I'd just advertise it as a cast iron Fire Surround. Strip it and get some black paint. I believe people are still buying them.
