I did have jake but when my computer crashed earler I did not bother reinstalling it, I have Office 10? but when I try to reinstall it only goes half way, will I have to disable my firewall for it to install?
thanks for your help btw
Did you download the correct file? I assume you mean a csv file which is unusual for a downloadable bill. Most are pdf. Wordpad will open csv files. Start, Programs, Accessories.

I have tried loads of times to download it but without success
what the hell are they recommending reg cure for... it's nothing at all to do with what you need to do!

although a bit excessive, open office will open them fine.

It's just a file with the numbers seperated by commas ( hence the name )
