Peony Rose

  I have a peony Rose iIhave had it now for three years and it has not flowerd once sice i have had it.  It is in a sunny spot all day it gets pleanty of water.  What could be the problem.

Mine took 5 years to begin to flower and I only got 1 flower for the first two years, now its very prolific, you need to be patient!

Peonies are also notorious for taking umbrage to being moved.

I got a single flower from one I moved 2 years later and considered that a great success

There's something nasty called peony wilt but it doesn't sound as if you've got that. They also don't like to be planted too deep.

I'd give it a bit of rose fertilliser in the spring and see if it stops sulking next year

Thanks for your help .It is spring here now ( Australia) so i will give it a feed hoping that will slove the problem.
