I was just wondering reference my previous post if I was covered in my partner's TSB all year travel insurance. We live together, so am I his commonlaw partner?

You are a co-habittee or live-in partner ie I would ring the insurance company to clarify the matter and and get your answer in writing if they include you on the policy.
I would ring and get them to confirm it but my partner checked for me (no Lloyds TSb account but living with partner) and Lloyds TSB confirmed that I am covered if I travel with him (you have to have lived togethr for at least 3 months according to their definition i think).
For peace of mind I would get my own single journey insurance for what it costs unless you are for ever going away, check ins.cover on website thisismoney.
