Endless amounts of drivel on telly,soaps,reality, "talent" contests,cooking more cooking etc etc etc...
One game every few months involving OUR national team in OUR national sport and all the moaners come out.
Get a freeview box..There's an endless supply of mind numbing nonsense on there for a couple of hours.
Read a book even!
